The-Dream is one of the best songwriters/producers and he knows how to give us a HIT! As he gears up for the release of his latest album IV Play set for May 28th he’s slowly giving us a glimpse of how the album will be…. I’m hearing a lot of baby making music, which isn’t a bad thing !!!
Music can either tell someone what mood you are in or it can help you change your mood as well. I LOVE feel good music and recently I stumbled upon the girl group from London: Stooshe. Some may have heard their first single ” Love Me” Ft Travie McCoy. Their debut album is expected to release May 2013 titles London with the Lights On.
One of their tracks that stood out to me is “Slip” this song reminds me of a 1960s Motown girl group record. Stooshe sings about something a lot of females can relate to: a man slipping on his duties of winning his girl over. We have all had the story play out where your man gets comfortable and stop doing the things you fell in love with in the beginning. You can’t help but dance around and sing along with Karis, Alexandra and Courtney.
