The world famous Coachella Music + Arts Festival recently secured its spot in Indio, California for the next 17 years. An agreement was made by the Indio city council to keep the music festival around through the year 2030. Exciting news for us music heads and hippies who have yet to experience the raved phenomenon!
The quickly sold out event will have a range of artists from Janelle Monae and Pusha T to the headlining Red Hot Chili Peppers. One of the great aspects of music has to be that everyday there is a chance to become a brand new fan. Coachella allows you to discover new music and artists that you might not of been exposed to otherwise. This is something I’d look forward to attending the music festival.

For those of you who didn’t get a chance to see Coachella bring the late great Tupac Shakur back to life in 2012, check it out below. As a Pac fan, I was pleasantly surprised to witness them pay homage! Pac greets Dr. Dre and Snoop then acknowledges the Coachella crowd before beginning his “performance”. It made me feel as if he was still here .. perhaps he IS? ..
