We Love: Big K.R.I.T – Bigger Picture

“What’s a photo if it’s out of frame”…. A line that can be applied to so much in regards to life.

Have you been listening to Big K.R.I.T’s recently released highly anticipated mixtape “King Remembered In Time”? Do you like it? Above is a track we like right now – “Bigger Picture”. Take a listen to him smoothly “paint us that picture”. It has an old school Outkast vibe to it that works with his sound. What  do you think?

DJ Khaled – No New Friends

DJ Khaled has a way of steady giving us songs that slap! The combination of artists on his songs and the beats he brings to life on a track simply win.

His new song “No New Friends”  produced by Noah “40” Shebib features Drake, Rick Ross, and Lil Wayne. Wayne said it best before … “And we gone be alright if we put Drake on every hook” … I agree Wayne…I agree.

New Drake – Girls Love Beyonce

Last night, Drizzy Drake dropped his latest song “Girls Love Beyonce” ft. James Fauntleroy for our musical pleasure. Immediately after it dropped, many people took to twitter to express how dope it was and that Drake did not disappoint once again. This was not long after his feature on DJ Khaled’s “No New Friends” dropped. A phrase Drake and his OVO camp have been using a lot lately, and now we see why!

As a Drake fan, I’m definitely feeling the track. It might keep us in our feelings, but something about it (like many of his other songs) draws us to it. He plays on Destiny Child’s song “Say My Name” to recreate a clean track we can all rock to. The clever way he flips old songs is always fun to hear. I can’t wait for his next album!

Are you feeling it too?! We wonder what Jay and Bey think!
